Ka-artehan
November 13, 2025 | 6:00-9:00PM
November's Ka-Artehan will be an intimate Undas circle. Usually held on November 1st, Undas is a time in the Philippines where we honour and celebrate our ancestors. There will also be a community altar so bring a photo, something meaningful from your loved one or an offering. You can share a story about them with us and we will collectively make space and welcome your ancestors.

Shift Lunch & Learn
November 04, 2025 | 12:00 - 2:00PM
Join us for a conversation about community-based mutual aid and resourcing models that prioritize culturally rooted practice and challenge what counts as service! Together we can imagine a holistic healthcare system that is culturally-sensitive, comprehensive, and rooted in community needs.
What is kapwa?
Kapwa is not uniquely Filipino, it is the inner sense of interconnectedness we share as human beings. it is seeing ourselves in the other.
Have you ever heard or felt this?
“You’re Not Filipinx Enough!!!”
Why do so many Filipinx feel this way? Because colonization and colonial mentality made us believe that we were not enough. And if you sit with those negative thoughts long enough you’ll realize that it’s the voice of the colonizer speaking and so far from the truth!
Please know, We are all Filipinx Enough!!!
